Their nutrition facts panel identify the breakdown of total carbs including dietary fiber, sugars, sugar alcohols and other carbs. The net carbs in thinkThin are calculated by subtracting the non-effective ingredients from the total carbs. Examples of the non-effective ingredients include: sugar alcohol (maltitol), glycerin (carbs), and fiber.

    In an attempt to snack better and increase my protein intake I stumbled across think thin products. It doesn't taste like "healthy"! these bars are an easy way to sneak a little extra protein and fiber in my diet and please my sweet tooth at the same time.
