Suggested Use
Blend, shake, or briskly stir 2 scoops (78 g) of ProGain into 6 ounces of water and ice. Milk may be substituted for water to provide additional protein, fat, and calories. If not used immediately, prepared beverage must be stored in the refrigerator and used within 24 hours.
Warnings
Do not use as a meal replacement. This product is intended as a dietary supplement.
Vitamin A Warning: Excess Vitamin A intake may be toxic and may increase the risk of birth defects. Pregnant women and women who may become pregnant should not exceed 5,000 IU of pre-formed vitamin A (retinyl acetate or retinyl palmitate) per day. It is also recommended that children under four should not regularly consume more than 2,500 IU per day.
