It tastes just like fruit punch and I don't get nauseous or jittery afterwards which is great because usually I am caffeine sensitive. I like the drink mix better than the pill because it helps keep me hydrated and I don't get hungry for snacks when I take it. I find that I am eating much lighter and for me, that's a great thing :) I will say a downside is that the packets are very difficult to open without scissors and there is so much dye that my fingers, lips, and teeth become stained so don't get it on your clothes!
