About Body Tools
Body tools truly has had humble beginnings. Bodytools began in 1982 out of the trunk of an orange Volkswagen bus in Venice Beach, CA selling massage tables to the local people. Later, the operations moved to nearby Van Nuys, CA. Additionally they traveled extensively all over the country, being on the road for weeks at a time, visiting stores and going to tradeshows to build the business. Buyers would visit the tradeshows to purchase a slowly growing line of massage and body tools.
Around 1987 they opened a storefront where the Bodytools operations grew and grew.
In 1994 Bodytools moved to Novato in Northern California adding a wholesale warehouse. Then they subsequently moved once again in 2000 to a small ranch in Lakeport, CA where they are now located. They have a large remodeled barn for warehousing and office space.
Over the years Bodytools has had over 50 employees and has sold over 5 million massage and body care products.
They aim to give the best service to their customers they can.

BUYERS WOULD VISIT THE TRADESHOWS TO PURCHASE A SLOWLY GROWING LINE OF MASSAGE AND BODY TOOLS. AROUND 1987 THEY OPENED A STOREFRONT WHERE THE BODYTOOLS OPERATIONS GREW. IN 1999, BODYTOOLS MOVED TO NORTHERN CALIFORNIA TO NOVATO WITH A WHOLESALE WAREHOUSE.
