This is EXCELLENT with a capital "E"! I have 4 children, with only one with Celiac, & this coffee cake is eaten by everyone... by the end of the day it's gone! The consistancy is just the same as coffee cake and the topping just as good, if not better. I add chopped pecans to the topping mix for added crunch!
