Suggested Use
Apply generously and evenly to all areas 15 to 30 minutes before sun exposure. Reapply frequently and after swimming or towel drying. Ask a doctor before use on children under six months of age.
Warnings

From what I can tell this product provides great sun protection without being greasy at all. It doesn't leave much of a white residue behind like other natural sunscreens. Wish the EWG would test this one so I knew for sure on the accuracy of the SPF, but so far, it's worked great for me.
