Suggested Use
Recommended placement: Apply to site of pain or soreness. Remove clear backing from patch. For optimum adhesion, place firmly on clean, dry skin with heal of hand and hold firmly against skin for 15 seconds. For maximum aromatherapy benefits, breathe deeply. Patch may remain on up to 24 hours. Remove patch while bathing to avoid irritation. Dispose of patch after each use.
