Apple Concentrate by Bernard Jensen
Bernard Jensen's Apple Concentrate. Nothing added. High in pectin. Prepared and concentrated in vacuum at low temperature in non-corrosive stainless steel equipment.
Try our other excellent fruit concentrates--Cherry, Grape and Pineapple, Pear and Peach Blend. Apple Concentrate contains only whole apples, including skin, seeds and core and may be used as a concentrated sweetener in teas, desserts and drinks, in baby's formulas to provide fiber, or in hot water as an energy pick-me-up.
Suggested Use
Put in milk formula for babies; in drinks for children. As a night cap: 1 tablespoon in a cup of hot water. As an energy pickup and drink between meals: 2 tablespoons for each 8 ounces of water. As a wonderful dessert: 1 tablespoon over a dish of yogurt. Use to sweeten teas and add to liquefied drinks, to taste.
