To Use:
Step 1: Gently Pull apart untill they stop.
Step 2: Start at one end of weight resistance cap and gently pull up.
Step 3:Remove Cap
Step 4: To affix new weight resistance cap keep handles spread as far apart as possible0 this means that the heads of the handles will be as close together as possible.
Hold Weight resistance cap at a 45 degree angle.
Insert one end of weight resistance cap downwards onto rounded head of handle.
Slowly roll weight resistance cap downwards onto the second handle dead untill the weight resitance cap is firmly locked in place.
