I was just using a regular pillow to put in between my legs at night, but it would go flat and not be enough of a cushion. The memory foam in this pillow is what makes it great. It's small enough but with enough cusion to keep my legs aligned correctly while I sleep on my side.

This pillow is too bulky! Can't turn without adjusting it. I went back to my regular pillow.

This product was way to big for my knees and legs. I think this size is for a large man.
