Awesome product. Makes delicious cookies. I also use it to make choc chip pancakes. This mix is healthy and very low fat especially if you use applesauce instead of butter while baking cookies.
Good, quick, cheap? Yes, yes, yes! I love this product and use it as a 'base' cookie mix for various add-ins (think chocolate chips, almonds, cranberries...).
I was excited to find oatmeal cookey mix. I have never seen it at the store. Only chocolate chip mix. You can add a few chocolate chips or coconut to the mix and indulge in the heavenly taste and feel better about the fact that you are eating organically.
