Suggested Use
Basic Starting Method
Insert tip of starter into hole of the Powerball gyro rotor.
Wrap the starter cord around the rotor groove for one full turn
Hold open face up. Pull starter cord quickly to activate the gyro to build up speed.
Advanced Starting Method
Starting Method 1 Hold the Powerball in your dominate hand with the open face up. With the other hand, strike rotor in the direction of lines on the rotor one or two times. To build speed refer to A. Note: The faster the rotor spins, the easier the gyro will be activated.
Starting Method 2 Hold the Powerball in your dominate hand with the open end up. With the thumb of the other hand, strike rotor in the direction of lines on the rotor one or two times. To build speed refer to A. Note: The faster the rotor spins the easier gyro will be activated.
A: Building Speed Holding the gyro firmly in your dominate hand with open end face upward between thumb and index finger. Apply a rapid left to right motion. Within seconds, you will begin to feel the gyro pull. The speed of the rotor will increase gradually to 13,000 RPM.

I recommend this product!
You need to get used to this type of equipment since you haven't done much like this in your daily life. I had to watch lot of youtube videos and try to get it used to it. This is probably one of the best gyro exerciser out there in the market. When you get it to enough speed, it will light up and faster you spin, brighter it gets. Highly recommended for people with wrist pain and weak grip. Also makes a great forearm exerciser.
