Trauma-One by Nutrition Now
Trauma-One is a homeopathic ointment that provides temporary relief and promotes healing from sprains, sore muscles and bruises. Its key ingredient is Arnica montana. Included among its other ingredients are chamomile, echinacea and St. John's Wort. Comes in an easy-to-apply 1.5 oz tube.
Suggested Use
Apply a small amount in the infected area, rubbing in gently. Apply morning and evening, or more often if necessary. Mayb also be used before or after exercise or overexertion. If appropriate, also apply an ointment dressing.
