I had been Osteo-Biflex and Tylenol arthritis every day for some minor pains in my foot and hand. I tried the MET-Rx Joint Guard and was quite happy with the results. Not only much much cheaper, but it delivers the same if not better result as the high-priced brand. Highly recommended!
