This cloth is great for sprouting.
Good natural product. No chemicals used to bleach the cloth. Also great looking for home decorating and crafts that require on older used look.

When this package of cheesecloth arrived, I thought I didn't get much for my money. I was wrong! I'd use an entire package of "store brand" cheesecloth to strain 9 gallons of soup stock. I used a piece big enough to cover the strainer but didn't have to layer it. One layer strained out every minute particle in the 9 gallons of stock. I made yesterday. One package will last for a long time, and "a little goes a long way" with this ultra fine chesecloth for straining anything. I'll make sure to always have it on hand!!
Good quality. Love the fact its natural
I make soymilk and have never found something to filter out the last bit of okara until now. I ordered the Cheesecloth Ultra Fine and used it for the third filter and it worked perfectly. I didn't have to squeeze for a half hour to get the milk out. I spread the cheese cloth over a colander, poured the milk in, lifted the edges and twisted gently until the milk was through. Surprisingly, being the third filter pass, I got 2-3 tablespoons of okara out. The milk doesn't have the grainy feel I used to get. I'm very satisfied with the product.
