Suggested Use
Mix the suggested amount of NOR based on your body weight with 8-12 oz. water or juice and shake vigorously for 30 seconds. Take 30-40 minutes before workout. You may vary the amount of water or juice to achieve your desired flavor and sweetness level. NOR may also be used in conjunction with AAR to optimize results.
