The Basil herb has a cool, crisp scent that is said to revive the senses, clear the head and calm the nerves. Just think, all that and a sparkling clean house too!
Can I use any refill in the Scent Diffuser?Only the Mrs. Meyer's Clean Day Scent Diffuser Refills should be used in our warmer units. No other manufacturers refill should be used in the Mrs. Meyer's Clean Day warmer unit. To do so would void all safety testing.
How long will the scent diffuser fragrance refill bottle last?Approximately 4 weeks.
How much electricity does the scent diffuser use?Our plug in scent diffuser uses 0.048 kW-hr per day, 30 % less than the kids’ night light. In a one month time period it costs ½ penny per day to operate.
How do I clean the warmer unit?Oils may collect on the warmer unit over time. To clean it, remove the warmer unit from the outlet and wipe it carefully with a dry cloth. Don’t forget to wash your hands afterwards!
Can I use the scent diffuser in a horizontal outlet?No we do not advise using the scent diffuser in a horizontal outlet, there could be leakage of the fragrance oil on to surrounding areas.
Can I use the oil for other things?Under no circumstances should they use the oil for anything other than it’s intended usage.
Will the use of the scent diffuser hurt my pets?No it will not.
Is the scent diffuser a fire hazard?When used as directed the scent diffuser is not a source of fire hazard. It has been thoroughly and rigorously tested and is UL (Underwritiers Laboratories) certified.
Suggested Use
It's important to unplug the Mrs. Meyer's Clean Day Scent Diffuser from the wall and allow to cool before replacing the empty fragrance bottle.
Step One: Remove the empty bottle from the warmer unit. Hold the refill fragrance bottle upright, carefully unscrew the top. Good gracious, don't remove the wick!
Step Two: Holding the refill fragrance bottle upright, insert into the warmer unit. Snap the fragrance bottle into the warmer until it's snug.
Step Three: Insert the scent diffuser into your wall outlet.
"Clean Happy Home" should be right side up, don't turn sideways or it might spill.
Now just sit back and enjoy!
