Choice Organic - Whole Leaf Chamomile Citrus Tea - 15 Tea Pyramid(s)
Fair Trade Certified
Choice Organic Teas works closely with their international growers in countries across the world, including China, India, Japan, Sri Lanka, and Tanzania to create organic teas known for outstanding character and clarity of flavor. We rely on simple, pure ingredients, strict organic guidelines, and an ethics-driven Fair Trade philosophy.
Herbal teas include any infusion made from flowers, bark, fruit, or leaves of any plant other than true tea (Camellia sinensis). With the exception of Yerba Mate, they contain no caffeine.
This citrusy blend brings out the best of mild-mannered chamomile. Its sweet, floral taste comes from whole yellow chamomile flowers harvested on a Fair Trade farm in Egypt. Orange peel and pink hibiscus add a light, fruity essence. [Caffeine-free]
Choice's tea pyramids allow the herbs to expand and unfurl, inviting the utmost flavor into your cup. They're also fully biodegradable.

Tea drinking has been a healthful delight for centuries. Taking a moment to prepare a cup of tea is a simple ritual that can enhance mental clarity, create a state of serenity and promote relaxation
Infuse in freshly boiled water, removing tea pyramid after 4-6 minutes. Sweeten with honey or sugar if desired.
Brewing the Perfect Cup
Brewing tea can be as complex as a Japanese tea ceremony or as simple as tossing a teabag into your favorite mug. But any way you steep it, taking a moment for yourself to prepare a cup of tea is certainly part of the rituals appeal.
We offer these basic guidelines as a place for you to begin your tea enjoyment.
A truly satisfying cup of tea begins with the best water fresh and cold from the purest source available.
For oolong and black teas, use water right off a rolling boil. Dont let the water keep boiling though, or it will lose too much oxygen and result in a flat-tasting tea.
White tea and green tea should be brewed with water that is cooler than boiling; just sit back and wait a minute or two after the water has reached a boil.
Rather than steep by color, start by following the time recommended on the package. Then, adjust the length of time according to your personal taste. Once youve found the time that works for you, follow it to ensure consistency from cup to cup. Be sure to remove the teabag after the desired time has passed. Dont just let the tea sit and continue to infuse.
For loose tea, measure out one teaspoon per cup. Be sure to choose an infuser or strainer with holes small enough to contain the leaf particles. Weve found the disposable t-sac filter papers to be an excellent option (and they can be composted).
