Spring Star BioCare Clothes Moth Trap - 2 Traps

Spring Star BioCare Clothes Moth Trap is the ideal clothes moth monitor. The Spring Star BioCare Clothes Moth Trap attracts and captures adult male webbing clothes moths. Moths are attracted to the Spring Star BioCare Clothes Moth Trap by a long-lasting pheromone lure, where they are killed on a non-toxic sticky pad. Clothes moths are very difficult to find and identify. The Spring Star BioCare Clothes Moth Trap simply and easily captures moths, assuring that infestations can be stopped before expensive damage to clothes occurs.

Note: Spring Star BioCare Clothes Moth Trap works only on clothing moths, the lure will not attract flour moths.

Troubled by a moth infestation? Want to get rid of moths? Moths in your house are annoying, but finding the holes left in your clothes and carpets by clothing moth larvae? Their proper name is Tineola bisselliella, but they're also known as carpet moths or cloth moths. Adult cloth moths naturally fly to darker undisturbed areas, areas where their young, the clothes moth larvae, can eat fabric and grow in safety. Unfortunately, these are often upon your clothes and rugs in the safety of your closets or storage areas.

The Clothes Moth Trap is a simple pheromone trap; the pheromone lure has a long lasting scent that brings in cloth moth males to land on the sticky surface. The clothes moth traps are safe for use anywhere because they are non-toxic. Place the moth traps where you have seen the moths. Replace the moth traps every three months or when they get full.

About Spring Star
Since its inception in 1998, SpringStar has researched, developed, manufactured and sold effective, nontoxic and environmentally safe pest control products. SpringStar has designed the most complete line of products available for home and garden. In response to requests from consumers for simple, useful pest control products that contain no poisons, SpringStar is adding more products every year. It focuses solely on products that use nontoxic or low-toxic mechanisms to effectively control pests.

SpringStar is one of very few companies worldwide that is a primary manufacturer and developer of insect pheromone technologies for residential, garden and professional pest control. SpringStar ships nationally and internationally to mass, chain and independent hardware, garden and grocery outlets and to professional pest control companies. The Company is systematically developing new innovative traps, and other pest control products, that cannot be found anywhere else. In its short history, the Company has released more than 50 products and is a leader in developing new pest control technologies.

SpringStar's indoor items fill the gap that will be left by the cancellation of many traditional household pesticides. The EPA's risk assessment for the pesticides diazinon and dursban has lead to cancellation of all indoor residential uses of these and other toxicants. SpringStar has selected BioCare as the brand name for its indoor household pest products, as these products are "biologically-based" and "caring" for the environment.

SpringStar's outdoor brand Oak Stump Farms is represented by its highly effective Yellowjacket and Fly traps. These are sturdy, top-rated products built specifically for outdoor use. Field testing shows the Oak Stump yellowjacket trap catches up to 9 times more than the leading competitor's trap.

SpringStar is the sole licensee of the US Military's Lethal Ovitrap patents, technology and knowhow. This technology is essential to control diseases such as Dengue, Dengue Hemorrahgic Fever, Yellow Fever and Chikungunga. It has a significant global health impact, as over 2 billion people around the globe are at risk for these diseases, millions get sick and 20,000+ people die annually. In 2009 SpringStar received a grant from the Military Deployed War Fighter Protection Program to help commercialize the technology. SpringStar was recently granted a WA State Global Health grant to market and produce these traps, as well as provide additional WA state jobs.

The Company recently released a new bed bug monitoring system, bringing novel, effective technologies to the market ahead of billion-dollar competitors. A provisional patent has been filed to protect this important technology and it has garnered an enthusiastic response from retailers and commercial pest control companies worldwide.

SpringStar was founded by entomologist Michael Banfield, who has spent the greater part of his working life developing pest control products based on insect pheromones and biotechnology techniques. Mr. Banfield's interest in nature and his concern about the unintended effects of pesticides drives the company's goal on giving people simple, effective and economical alternatives to toxic pest control methods. While other organizations merely tried to stop, ban or outlaw legal pesticides, SpringStar focuses on developing alternative products to give customers useful choices that do not rely on poisons.

SpringStar has built in-house manufacturing capabilities that allows high-speed, high quality production, while protecting proprietary processes which maintain its technological advantages. This allows the Company to maintain production costs below off-shore suppliers and creates local manufacturing jobs and products that are "Made in the USA." SpringStar's manufacturing systems have allowed it to enter the export market and compete effectively with competitors whose labor rates are much lower.

SpringStar Inc. is privately-held and funded by private equity. It's administrative, research and manufacturing facilities are in Woodinville, WA. The Company continues to grow its manufacturing infrastructure and research team, and is geared to grow at a rapid pace while maintaining high product quality standards and on-time fulfillment.
