Suggested Use
As a dietary supplement, take up to 2 capsules before drinking milk or eating milk products. Each 2 capsules will provide enzyme activity to aid in the digestion of 8 ounces of milk or similar quantities of yogurt, cheese, cottage cheese, ice cream or other milk based products.
