Caramel Milk Chocolate Bar 34% Cocoa by Green & Black's Organic
Green & Black Organic Caramel Milk Chocolate Bar is filled with a soft caramel center and with 34% cocoa content. Although popular, caramel is often perceived to be too sweet. The solution was to make a classic caramel and blend it with Green and Black's cocoa-rich milk chocolate and add a pinch or two of sea salt to cut through the sweetness. Only then could it be filled into a shell made from Green&Black's darker shade of milk chocolate.

I LOVE this organic chocolate. It's so healthy for you and I don't feel guilty after eating it. :) It's not to rich and sweet, it has just the right amount of chocolate flavor with the caramel, mmmm yummy!!!
