Green & Black Organic Mint Dark Chocolate Bar 70% is filled with a soft peppermint center and with Green and Black's 70% Cocoa Content. The freshness of mint, while wonderfully clean and invigorating, can overpower other flavors when they are combined. For this reason, the goal for Green&Black's mint bar was to achieve the correct ratio of dark chocolate to refreshing peppermint.
