How much caffeine is in ATRO-PHEX™?

Can I take ATRO-PHEX™ with my meals?
Answer: Taking ATRO-PHEX™ with food will slow down the absorption of the product. Though it will not render the product ineffective, be advised that it will slow the digestion and ultimate absorption of the naturally sourced ingredients and co-factors found in the ATRO-PHEX™ formula. For best results, we recommend consuming ATRO-PHEX™ on an empty stomach, 30 to 45 minutes prior to a meal or protein shake.
