Ingredients
cane sugar, ginger, tapioca starch, Arabica coffee, natural Robusta coffee extract. One Ginger Chew contains around 480mg or 1/2 gram ginger. In comparison, dry ginger capsules contain around 550mg.
Hot Coffee Ginger Chews contain 7 mg caffeine per serving size (2 pieces). For comparison, a 1 oz espresso contains around 90mg caffeine and a 5 oz regular drip coffee contains 106-164 mg caffeine.
