Suggested Use
Within one hour of bedtime, add 4-6 oz. of water to dry mix, stir until dissolved. Can be taken if awakened during the night to fall back to sleep.
To Heat in Microwave: Pour dry mix into microwave safe mug, add 4-6 oz. of water and stir until dry mix is completely dissolved. Microwave on HIGH for 1-2 minutes or until hot.
