Takes a little to get used to texture as all protein shakes. The taste is excellent and surpassed my expectations. Also along with working out 3 times a week with free weights, I am losing weight easier than with anything I've ever tried (and I've tried many products) I feel more energy and seems to be even helping my digestive tract as well. I would recommend this to anyone looking to feel better and it is helping me look better as well

I used to rate this 5 stars. I loved it, but they changed the flavor and the color and I do not care for it at all. Now it's a bright yellow green color and the flavor tastes off. Since it came off back order, I ordered three and opened two of them to see if it was just one container, but unfortunately it was not.

I use this product as a in between meal treat. As I am dieting, I use this product with milk and one tablespoon of Nestle Carnation Malted Milk instead of having ice cream. To me, it is a great substitute. I also find myself to be more relax and I rest well.
