I like This product its is clean in that I feel more energy without any side effects of being wired. I take it Prior to doing a long bike ride or a run.It has caffeine which helps mobilize fats during aerobic activity, and it has williow bark which helps thin my blood with some anti-inflammatory action because it's a natural form of aspirin.It has the antioxidants Green Tea Extract, Hoodia Extract and Yohimbine all good for Energy and drive. It gives me a sense of being Energized but Steady and Balanced. I highly recommend this Product.
