Ultralean contains a similar Omega fatty acid blend as Excellean in a smaller dose, but contains three other ingredients that make it a little stronger. These are Caffeine, Green Tea and Ginseng. Each Ultralean softgel contains about 50mg of Caffeine and 50mg of Green Tea and Ginseng blend. Some people report feeling a nice smooth energy with focus and appetite suppression 15 to 30 minutes after taking Ultralean. This small amount of caffeine usually has less stimulant than an average cup of coffee. You may take up to four Ultraleans at a time depending on your tolerance to caffeine.

Suggested Use
As a dietary supplement take two softgels once or twice daily. Do not take before bed time.

Exceeding the recommended dose may cause adverse effects, including but not limited to restlessness, insomnia, gastrointestinal disorders, heart attack or stroke. Discontinue use and call physician or qualified health care professional immediately if you experience rapid heartbeat, dizziness, severe headaches, shortness of breath or other similar symptoms. Keep out of reach of children.
