For best-tasting coffee, grind your beans immediately before brewing to preserve the essential oils. Use 2 level tablespoons of freshly ground coffee per 6 ounces of water, and follow the instructions for your coffee maker.
To keep your coffee fresh and delicious, squeeze out the excess air and then reseal the pouch. Store in a cool, dark place - but do not refrigerate!
