Suggested Use
Shake well before each use. For adults and children 4 years and older, take 3 teaspoons (15 mL), one time daily, with a meal. For children 1 through 3 years, take 1 1/2 teaspoons (7.5 mL), one time daily, with a meal. May be taken directly or mixed in water or juice.
