Silica hydride is a colloidal mineral compound containing silicon, oxygen, and hydrogen. I was previously using a liquid silica product from another company and I felt that it was overpriced. So I searched for a good silica that didn't have magnesium stearate in it. I was so glad to finally have found this one! I have told my friends about it and they have ordered it as well. Thanks!

I love this product! I quit using it for 2 mos. and started to notice my nails breaking and my hair falling out. I started the silica plus regimen again 1 month ago and Wow what a difference! My nails are stronger and longer. My hair grows like crazy while taking this product, it is already 1" longer in just one month. I will never stop taking this again, lesson learned.
