Dr. Heather A. Hausenblas, PhD, obtained her Doctorate from The University of Western Ontario, Canada.
Since 1998 she has been a faculty member of the University of Florida. Recognized early in her career for her outstanding research, she has been the recipient of several awards, including the Early Career Distinguished Scholar Award for outstanding research contributions by the North American Society for the Psychology of Sport and Physical Activity, and the Dorothy V. Harris Memorial Award for outstanding early career development by the Association for the Advancement of Applied Sport Psychology.
Dr. Hausenblas is the co-author of four scientific books, and has published over 80 scientific journal articles. Dr. Hausenblas is currently the Principal Investigator on two National Institutes of Health research grants. Her ultimate research goal is understand, promote, and then instill a healthy lifestyle for women during every stage of life.
Suggested Use
As a dietary supplement, take 3 tablets daily. For best results, take 1 tablet in the morning and 2 in the evening, preferably with meals or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
