I recommend this product!
I thought I remembered these helping me and started taking them daily a couple months ago. Ready to re-order. I experience diminished pain and greater tolerance to extreme Summer heat. I am not a big fan of the giant tablet size, but it's convenient for me and I am more likely to take it than a powder mix. They can be crushed and added to liquid according to the description. All in all, well worth it for the improved sense of well-being.
