Suggested Use
6 months – 2 years 1/4 tsp every other day
2 years - 5 years 1/2 tsp daily
5 years – 12 years 1 tsp daily
13 years and up 2–3 tsp daily
Pregnant or Nursing Mothers 1–3 tsp daily
