Facial Care Hydrating Toner by Shikai
The hydrating toner has been formulated for use after cleansing. It refreshes and soothes skin without drying. It is a pH balanced formula that can be used on all skin types.
The soothing properties of aloe vera and cucumber are combined with glycerin and panthenol, two excellent moisturizers that work to hydrate skin. Witch Hazel, combined with just a hint of citrus, provides a sparkle that will refresh and tone your skin.
Suggested Use
After cleansing, saturate a cotton pad and lightly pat over your face and throat. Allow to dry and follow with either SHIKAI Daytine Moisturizer or Nightime Renewal Cream.

water, aloe vera gel, witch hazel, glycerin, panthenol, cucumber extract, arnica extract, citric acid, natural yuzu (Japanese citrus) fragrance, imidazolidinyl urea.
