Suggested Use
To Activate Heat: Using both thumbs and fingers, bend the metallic disc until you feel a "snap". The liquid will immediately begin to crystallize and release heat. Stays hot for about 20 minutes under normal conditions. DO NOT MICROWAVE.
To Reuse: Take the used pack and stir continuously in a pot of boiling hot water for about 5-10 minutes - until the pack contents turn back into a clear liquid. Remove carefully from the hot water and let cool down before reusing. Be careful! While boiling, make sure to stir continuously so that the pack casing does not melt. Do not leave boiling pot unattended.
