Suggested Use
Use as a dietary supplement to achieve maximum benefits. Take 3 capsules twice daily. On workout days take one serving prior to working out and another dose 4 hours apart.
Note: a slight skin flushing can sometimes occur at high doses. This effect is harmless and goes away by lowering the dose.
