Good mix of vitamins with good forms of vitamins like K-2 and B-12 (methylocobalamin instead of cynocobalamin).

I've been taking whole vitamins for a long time. This is my favorite! It has just about
everything in it that you could possibly need in a whole food vitamin, Try them you
