Suggested Use
Add 1 packet of SlimStyles powder to 10-12 fl oz of cold water and shake in a shaker cup or mix in blender with ice until smooth to make a delicious, satisfying drink. When first taking SlimStyles begin with 1/2 packet in 6-8 fl oz of water and gradually increase to 1 packet as directed above.

Warnings
You may experience a temporary change in your bowel movements as your body adjusts to the addition of PGX, usually in 3 to 7 days.
