Mullein Leaf (Verbascum thapsus.) by Nature's Apothecary
Native to Europe and Asia, Mullein Leaf is now very common here in the United States. It was originally used to encourage healthy digestion and wound healing, but is now commonly used to support healthy respiratory function. In addition, Mullein Leaf has naturally occurring astringent and soothing compounds that have made it popular in soothing inner ear aches.
Suggested Use
Shake Well. As a dietary supplement, take 1 dropperful (1 mL) 1 - 3X daily. Measure in dropper and put in mouth, water, juice or mix with warm water to make a tea.
