Very convenient, tasty, and low calorie way to boost your protein intake. Rip it open, pour into a bottle of water, and shake. I love the taste, and you can adjust the amount of water to make it more or less concentrated. (Sometimes in icy cold water, it doesn't mix well, but I don't mind.)
