These vitamins have just about everything you're looking for in a menopause vitamin. My doctor wasn't aware of them and said they are excellent. I paid quite a bit more at Whole Foods. Am so glad I found this web site!

I had first purchased a bottle at a local "natural foods" store for $28.99 for the exact same ingredients and the exact same amount of pills. I am so grateful to have found it on Lucky Vitamin for a much much lesser amount as this is the ONLY supplement that has worked for me. It is an awesome product. I can tell the difference after being off it for one week and now I can't wait to get it in the mail because I have been out for over a month now. I did not get it again at the market due to the high price. Now I can once again afford it thanks to you. It has been a true Godsend. It is gentle on the stomach for one. Great product with all the vitamins and herbal supplements I need as I approach menopause. Really makes a difference with night sweats and mood fluctuations. I like that I only have to take one a day.

When I 1st starting taking these, I definitely felt a positive change in my mood and energy level. These vitamins are now a part of my regime and I will continue to take them. I live a very active and stressful life and will take a 1 a day by the same brand when my life becomes less stressful. I take 4-6 per day, as specified on the bottle.

Works great for my hot flashes. No more hormones for me. I recommended Menopause One to a friend and she said her hot flashes stopped by the second day.

I was feeling run down and tired a lot from experiencing Perimenopause. The transition has been difficult with sleeping issues, over active kidneys, moodiness etc. All these symptoms have improved, I feel better overall taking these pills. I do not feel as much like on a roller coaster every day. Healthy eating in combination with these pills have helped a great deal. For any hotflashes I do use Chinese herbs as needed.

I was feeling pretty sluggish before I started taking these. I'm 42 and not sure if I need a menopause vitamin, but I tried it because it had more than the regular multivitamin. So far I really like how I'm feeling with these vitamins.

I was taking a statin drug for my menopause. I knew I had to get off them and found this. These natural pills are wonderful. I feel so much better using them. I take a whole pill in the morning and than a half pill at night. They really work for me and I feel much better. I do get a hot flash every now and than. But it's gone within a couple minutes and all is good.
