In the shower: Smooth on body with moistened hands, washcloth or pouf. Work into creamy lather and rinse.

luv luv luv this bodywash,lathers well doesnt dry me out very moisturizing only gave a 4 because i was wanting more of a lemon smell.the chamomile dampens it down some.
