Too Good Gourmet was started by Jennifer Finley and Amie Watson, the dynamic mother/daughter team with a passion for baking and a love of working together. The Too Good Gourmet Family
Many of the Too Good Employees have been with the company for years, and are dedicated to the art of making delicious gourmet foods with the most creative packaging in the business.

Their Plant Manager, Joe Waldrep, came to TGG in January 2007 with over 25 years of bakery production management experience.  Joe brings expertise, professionalism, and insistence on 100% quality production to TGG. 

Each employee is required to attend regular training on production quality standards and plant safety.  They operate between one and three shifts per day.  Each work group within baking, enrobing, packaging, and assembly has a group lead who is responsible for maintaining their high standards of production.

They design all of their packaging in-house, and have it manufacturer for us to their unique specifications.  Every detail of their packaging is thoroughly reviewed and approved to be perfect for the customer.

In the Community
Too Good Gourmet is committed to giving back to the youth of the community.  They routinely sponsor factory tours for schools and community groups.  The kids love to see how cookies are made, and enjoy the fruits of their own labor!
