About Ruth
In 1990 Ruth started an environmental mail order, and it eventually included hemp clothing. When she learned about the nutritional powwers of the amazing hemp seed, she knew she had found her calling. Ruth Joined the lobby to legalize hemp in Canada, and was one of the people who helped to legalize hemp in Canada in 1998.
At that point, She saw the opportunity to bring together her personal passion for health food with a way to make a living by helping to improve people's health, by making truly nutritious and fabulous food. On a personal note, She is blessed to have 2 beautiful children, now adults, Zoey and Marc. Zoey studies and teaches Yoga, and is the creator of Fairy's Tonic Kombucha. Marc is studying to be a chef. They are often with her at local shows.
Suggested Use
It's easy to make Chia Goodness
Measure 2 Tablespoons of chia Goodness into your bowl.
Add 4 Tablespoons (1/4 cup) hot or cold water or your choice of milk. Stir well.
Wait 2-5 minutes, or until it thickens. Time varies with temperature and type of liquid used. Add fresh fruit if desired. No cooking required.
Boost the Goodness in your Breakfast:
Sprinkle Chia Goodness into your yogurt, oatmeal or granola. Stir and wait a few minutes before eating.
