I love Jarrow. But, I have several bottles where a capsule has broken open all over the other capsules. This made a sticky mess.
The Q absorb contains fat because you need fat to metabolize CoQ10. Most people get enough fat in their diets to absorb their vitamins.
I will order the plain capsules now as they are $12 less and will not be messy.
