Like the cups with the portion information, but the removable Ice Packs are NOT REMOVABLE. They will not separate from the lids. Must freeze the lid with the ice pack in order to use product!

Love all the Fit & Fresh products. Just the perfect size for small snakc. Just remember to leave room for the ice-pack.
