Suggested Use

Goat's Rue is great for increasing or maintaining milk supply. These gelcaps are very convenient, especially when you will be "out and about."

I have been taking this in conjunction with More Milk Plus and have seen a definite increase in supply. I am now able to produce enough breast milk to feed my baby and no longer have to supplement with formula.

This is a great product. It worked to increase my supply along with motherloves special blend alcohol free tincture. I had a very difficult time in producing enough milk for my lil' guy. I took feugreek like crazy along with lactation teas but only stunk like gross maple smell. So I thought i would try this. It upped my suppy enough so i didn't have to supplement him anymore. I have ovarian cyts and this product helped me tremendously. Keep in mind, this and other products may work for one person but not another. I would recommend trying a smaller bottle of any of these herbs first to see if it works for you. In my case, i will be reordering this and the special blend but no more stinky fenugreek for me as it did nothing.

Works well with get a let down to come through. You still have to stay hydrated, nurse and them pump afterwards to keep the supply going.
