I just started taking the ECA pills yesterday but so far it's really curbed my hunger and helped me get thru some hard core exercising. And best of all its done all this without jacking up my heart rate or making me feel nervous. I'm optimistic these pills will help me lose the 7 pounds I've been struggling to lose!

This product works great. Does not have many of the extras other products have, which is exactly what I was looking for.

I've tried several ECA stacks, and I put this one up with the best. The capsules have a sweet coating, so you don't smell the extracts and gag while taking them.
They pack quite a punch with 25 mg/ephedra per capsule. That's good because you don't have to overdo the caffeine by taking a bunch of them throughout the day.
They definitely help with breathing if you're taking these for lung/asthma issues.
I didn't experience any skin reactions either, as I have with other ECA pills.
I lost quite a bit of weight and these really squash your appetite. I definitely give this one 2 thumbs up, all around.

It definitely gave me more energy, but I felt jittery and uncomfortable and had to stop taking the pills. They also made me a little nauseous.
