Suggested Use
For adults, take two (2) capsules three times daily, preferably with a meal. Take with a full glass of water. Do not exceed two capsules more often than every 3-4 hours. Limit use to no more thern 6 capsules in a 24-hour period. Consult your health care providers before beginning any diet or exercise program. This product gave me average results. It's a good price point, but did not give the explosive boost I needed compared to other products, like the GNC Beyond Raw REFINE. Would recommend if you are looking for inexpensive energy booster.
